KNO or Kids Club

We are looking at getting a sitter for our son and our friends daughter for one afternoon/evening. We are extremely over protective and aren't sure which one would suit them the best. They both will be 3 when we go on our trip. Any reviews or experience with either?

I have never used the Kids Night Out, but we have used the Kids Clubs and my child did love it. I also felt completely comfortable.
