You can also reserve directly through Swan/Dolphin, which means you wouldn't be subject to Disney's ADR policies -- so no $10 penalty for missing a reservation.

Also get a free Swan/Dolphin Dining Passport. It is a card you can earn points on by eating at the Swan/Dolphin restaurants. 500 points = $75 gift certificate

Yes, but for the most part you don't need them.

Kimonos will take reservations via the Swan/Dolphin website but not through Disney.
