There was no help setting up your phone with the navigator once we got on board. However I did see people assist at the guest services desk.When we sailed on the Magic in December after the welcome show in the atrium, that was staggered, they guided us into a room where they had the CMS help us set up our phones. I never recalled this process on my other Sailings so I don’t know if this was part of the whole Covid thing. Did they still have the phone thing when you get on board they help you set your phone up? It really helped me with my mother. We are sailing next week and I hope they still have this
