Hi everyone. Just back from 8 days. MVMCP was a bust. The snow was wonderful and so were the parades and fireworks but it was way too crowded and really not very special. We would not do it again. weather was cold the first few days and great the last few. Dixie Landings was awesome as usual. MGM was awesome especially the two thrill rides. EPCOT was EPCOT!!!!! Nuff said. We really think AK could use something else. Rapids and Safari are great and all the animals too but we do it all in 3.5 hours with no need to go back. We really love Disney and will return, I just think they need to do something a little different. All the details are wonderful. The architecture is fabulous and so are all the pools. Hoop Dee Doo was better than expected. The character meals are just a little too similar for us. We stayed at the Swan for a nite and saw none of the magic of the real Disney resorts. It is just not themed well and much too stuffy for us. The Disney transportation is wonderful ( busses and boats) EPCOT restaurants are very magical still but the food at Disney basically is very generic, unhealthy and over prepared. It's all just pub food. Like I said we love the place but I think next time we will hit Universal for two days. I hope the competition motivates Disney but sometimes I feel like they keep pulling in $$ so why change now.
