60 minutes swimming last night at the water park. Really more but I was keeping my legs going in the wave pool and I know it worked my arms holding myself on the tube we rented. Then I did 62 minutes treadmill for my 3 mile walk today.
45 minutes Friday, running and PT work.
120 minutes Sunday, 7.5 mile run, PT work before and after as well as .25 mile warm up and half mile cool down.
Late to the party here but better late than never. I am going to aim to get in a minimum of 5k every other day for the rest of the month. So I should reach 45k by the end of the month. Didn't get a chance to read and catch up yet but will keep in the loop from now on. Thanks
Early this morning I did my PT, a 4 mile run plus warm-up and cooldown walks for a total of 60 minutes. Just got back from an hour long strength class. So total of 120 minute today.
