January Exercise Challenge **UPDATED Jan 7th**

I did 20 minutes of yoga yesterday to try and relieve a migraine. The better news is that I've lost 5 lbs in Jan already!! Eventhough I'm still closing in on my exercise minute goal, I've met my weight loss goal for the month so that makes me feel pretty good.
 
I only did 60 minutes this week because of my injury. That puts me at 908/1600. I'm not going to make it this month, but next month I'll set a more reasonable number and I'll make it!

Even tho I made my goal (I did set it low this month) you will continue to see that I will be adding minutes - I am "in the mindset" to get these extra pounds off and then hopefully a few more! :teeth:
 
Got 45 minutes in this morning. That puts me at 870/800.
 
:rainbow: monday i got 60 mins in and tuesday it was 70 -- now i'm at 1225/1500
 
1315/1750 minutes.........it's going to be close!! :teeth:
