Issues with booking

I am able to search and acquire a room just fine. I did not continue with making the booking official. Where does it fail?
 


This happened to me yesterday as well. They ended up "holding" the room for me and escalating it to the IT department. They said that once it was fixed, they would email the reservation confirmation to me. Sure enough, by early-afternoon, I received the reservation confirmation email and the reservation was showing up on my account. I guess it was just glitchy. 🤷‍♀️
