would you think November is a busier time at Orlando / Disney or December ? how about Thanks Giving week ?

thankx

We were at the parks December 7-11,2003 and there were no crowds. Our longest wait for anything was about 15 minutes. Many headliners were walk-ons. We rode almost everything except for Pooh and Peter Pan at MK. They had 35 minutes waits. On the other hand, I know someone who went December 27-30, 2003 and they said it was MOBBED. All the parks were filled to capacity.

If you are comparing whole months, they are probably about equal.

November has the Food & Wine Festival the first half of the month. A lot of people, especially locals, come to Epcot, for this. Also, Jersey Week is in November - New Jersey schools have a week off and it seems the entire state migrates to WDW. That's usually right around the Super Soap Weekend too at MGM.

Thanksgiving week is getting busier and busier, but still not as mobbed as Xmas week.

We were in WDW Nov 15-19 - after F&W, but before Thanksgiving and it was VERY low crowds.

Now, December, the first 2 weeks are low crowds and then it starts to pick up and by the time you hit Dec 19-20, then it starts to get heavy. Xmas thru NYE is busiest week of the whole year.

So, to sum up, November is probably more manageable if you avoid Thanksgiving (Weds - Sat) and Jersey Week. December is most managable if you can travel before Dec 20.

We have been early November and early December and by far December early in the month was much less crowded than November was. Decorations are up too which makes it nice...:)

If your looking for no crowds, the first full week after Thanksgiving until the second week of December are probably the least crowded times to visit WDW. They start to pick up again the end of the second week of December and get crowded again around Chrismas eve.:wave2:

We have been mid-Nov and mid-Dec, and by far, we enjoyed mid-Dec more. The weather was not quite as nice in December, but the crowds were much less, and MVMCP is a MUST DO!!!
