Is it crazy that I'm already Halloween shopping?

I love Halloween. There was a chill in the air in PA today and the fire pit was burning, so of course I had to start getting ready for Halloween. (I know I'm nuts and it's Sept. 1st - but I can't help it.) Bought my little guys costumes and we are SO excited about them! No kiddo costumes here... but we re already gearing up for Halloween/fall. My decorations are up in our home.. my pumpkin yankee candle was burning and smells sooo good.. and it was 85 plus degrees today...

No costume shopping yet, but they know what they want to be. I'm going to try to thrift store their costumes- they want to be creepy dolls (one a boy, one a girl) so I think I can something that will work on the cheap. I picked up a few decorations already.

but I did go by Walmart to get a cable cord yesterday...

I'm from PA too! And I agree it was chilly! It's time for Caramel Apple spice from Starbucks!

But to answer your question- on Aug 1 I switch the candles to fall and pumpkin smells. Nov 1 it will be Christmas smells. To be honest, I already bought my nephew his Christmas present this week. Gotta start early or you'll never find it!

I don't think you're crazy. I started burning a pumpkin candle in my living room last week because I'm so ready for fall. Granted, it is supposed to be in the 90's here all weekend so it's still very much summer. Grr...
