Incentive discounts when buying multiple resorts

Does anyone know how the incentives work when buying multiple resorts at once? We are thinking of buying 150 points direct eventually (waiting to see what the final decision with Poly Tower is before pulling the trigger). If it's bookable with resale points then we may do something like 100 Riviera points and 50 Disneyland Hotel points. Would this qualify us for the 150 point level discount on both? Or just the 100 pt discount level on Riviera and 50pt level discount on VDH? Because alternatively we could buy all 150 points at one if the 7 month availability is good enough for these 2 restricted resorts.
 
You won’t qualify for the incentives because they are different base prices and different incentives.

The one time they did allow it was summer of 2020 whe both CCV and RIV had the exact same ones.

Other than that, you can not combine. Now, having the 100 and 50, would make you eligible for membership extras since you will meet the 150 minimum for those.
 
Dang. That will make the decision whether to split the points or get them all at the same place even tougher

Just be aware that the first set of points for Poly tower will be 2024, no matter the UY..

Since it wasn’t open in 2023, no one will get those points.

I think we are going to be surprised to find the incentives won’t be that great. Since they are selling PVB points at the sold out price still, then I think it’s going to start at $250 base…unless, it doesn’t go into PVB and then it might be lower.

I am not so patiently waiting for documents to confirm what association it will be.
 
Right, if things go as they said in December and our resale points can be used at the new tower, then we may buy Riviera and or Disneyland hotel, which would be best for us to buy in late summer.
 


You can split the points between contracts at the same resort, that might be worth considering. You do pay 2 sets of closing costs though.
