If money were no object, what would be your *ultimate* WDW vacation?

This is fun - I would stay 1 week at the GF, 1 Week at the new AKLodge, 1 week at the Boardwalk and (gasp) one week at the Portofino at US.

DH and I and our 2 kids would head to Florida and stay wherever we felt like it. Start off at the AKL with lots of room service! Then once we tired of AKL head off to GF.Plenty of packages would be delivered to our room daily. This would be due to the fact we would not pack for our vacation but buy everything there! Imagine that! Hop on a plane with no luggage!

Wow....what would a WDW vacation be without worrying about money and budgeting here and there trying to get everything in, it's hard to even imagine....but here goes....

First of all we would stay as long as we wanted too, 3-4 weeks minimum in the Deluxe resorts

A Limosine (with plenty of Disney characters inside) would pick myself, DH, and my parents up at our house.....and deliver us to the airport where a private luxury jet would be waiting to fly us to Orlando. At Orlando airport, we would be picked up again by limo and taken to our resort of choice (would love to try out the AKL for a week or so before moving on to GF...that is of course if I couldn't pay Disney off enough to stay in that apartment in the castle!)

I wouldn't be so rushed through the parks since time would be an issue..I could feel that i could move around more leisurely and take more time to enjoy the resorts..and wouldn't feel so bad about scheduling all of those PS's for nicer restaurants.....in fact I'd be scheduling a lot more. (3 meals a day in the parks....hard to imagine....or afford without lotto money )

I would have my own ground transportation waiting to take me from park to park without the crowds on the resort buses.

I'd rent out the Poly beach for the evening to have a romantic dinner catered to DH and myself while enjoying the Electrical Water Pageant and Fireworks

I would indulge whenever and wherever possible....get any souvenier I wanted as soon as I saw it and hit each and every dinner show.

I also would be on a Disney Cruise in a heartbeat to end my several week vacation.

I'm with Mandie! I'd try every Disney Park....Disneyland, EuroDisney,Tokyo,WDW and top it all of with a 4 day cruise on the Wonder(want to compare ships)....followed by a 7 day on the Magic. I'd be taking the mister, my 3 kids, their spouses, grandkids,parents, siblings and several more along. After all that I guess I'd have to move to FL. so I could go to WDW everyday if I care to.

DH and I have talked this over before: we'd schedule our own plane to Orlando (full sized - I get motion sickness big time in the little ones!). Then we'd be off to the GF for an indefinite stay. I'd make sure we both got some pampering time in the GF spa. At least once a week we'd get a Fairy Godmother to take the kids to a park for an evening so we could have some adults-only time. My 10 y.o. would have to have scuba lessons (hey - we're talking fantasy here) before we left so he could finally fulfill his dream of swimming with the dolphins at the Living Seas. 7 y.o. would be able to hit every thrill ride all day long with a buddy who loved them as much as he does. And 4 y.o. would have Mickey to escort him wherever he wanted to go in "Mickey Mouse World." (a.k.a. the MK)

After a week or so, I'd start importing family and friends to share the Magic with us. And I'd be able to make a contribution to the Make a Wish Foundation that would cause every member of their staff to pass out cold.

Dreaming's great, isn't it?! Keep that Pixie Dust coming!

Well 1st I would buy a house down there
Then I would spend at least 1 week in the concierge of each Luxury resort--Let's see, that's at least 8 weeks all together!!! I would have daily massages at the Grand Flordian Spa. I would renew my wedding vows at the the Wedding Chapel on the 7 Seas Lagoon with Cinderella's carriage, and all of the characters in attendance--I would also pay for all of our close relatives and friends to come and stay a week on us at whichever resort they wanted to stay in. I would rent out the Adventurer's Club for our own private party. I would eat at Victoria and Albert's probably a few times I would let my daughter do as many of the extra activities (Wonderland Tea Party, Cooking Class, Pirate Cruise, Neverland Club, Cub's Den, etc, as she wanted to, and I would also pay for a friend to go with her give her someone to hang around with As well as a tutor for homeschooling, so they wouldn't have their absenses count against them!! Then when all of the money was spent, I would get a job down there, so I could get the CM discount

Stan - what a wonderful *dream*!!!

In that spirit I would like to share with you real quick that my very own sister is about to get a teaching certificate and become a teacher. Her pay 'cut' will be about 50%. She plans on selling her condo and getting one that will be affordable. She simply wants to do what she wants to do - help children!!!

I am very proud of her. Tough footsteps to follow for sure!!!!

I would stay at the Presidential Suite at BC/YC or at GF, have someone special cook for us, rent out the parks for our private use, no crowds, no lines.. Now that is decadent..

First I think I would buy one of those great motorhomes I saw on HGTV lat night, and then we would travel to FW for as long as we could stand it. We love to camp and have our own space so we would eat out or in whatever we wanted, and just relax. Do all the little things we can't do on a budget, and let the kids buy any souveniers that they want.

hmmm... first I would by a nice home in South Florida... then I would get Unlimited AP's with no black outs... and make reservations for one week every month for the rest of the year except on holidays i'd make resi's for the week of and a week after.

Great responses, everyone! What a dream! I still haven't spoken to our friends who won yet. They're keeping a pretty low profile, which is understandable (changed their phone # etc.) They live just 3 houses down from us, so I'm sure I'll see more of them when the weather warms up. I imagine they'll be moving sometime in the future, too.

I would rent the park for aday just like companys and then have the park to myself so I could just ride and ride and ride and ride etc.... till 1 or 2 in the morning. I would probably rent the park and have kids that would not normally be able to come and experience the majic. That I think would be worth winning all the money. Great question.

I would bring along our closest friends and family and get everyone ulimited park hopper passes for 2 weeks. We would stay one week at the Beach Club concierge / suite (whatever the biggest room is), and then one week at the Presidential Suite at the Wilderness Lodge.
Fly first class to Orlando. Take limos to and from the airport. Eat and drink very well at all of the best restaurants in the World.

I would have a second wedding...the one I REALLY dreamed of.

It would be in October and begin at dusk in the Magic Kingdom in the rose garden with a picture perfect view of the castle. We would re-new our vows with all of our friends and family there, as well as Mickey and Minnie in black tie dress! Then we would be taken around MK in Cindy's carriage and dropped off in Fantasyland where our cocktail reception would be. We would enter to "When You Wish Upon A Star" (like we did in our first and "real" wedding) then dance to "A Whole New World." We would then move the party to Main Street USA where tables would be set up for our dinner. I don't care what they serve as long as Dole Whip is the Intermezzo course. LOL! Then as the party went on, the guest would be able to ride all the Mountains, Pirates, Haunted Mansion and of course the Carousel. We'd have pictures taken on Dumbo! And the eveing would end with our own viewing of Fantasy in the Sky INCLUDING Tinker Bell's flight! Then our guests would be whisked to their resort of choice. Really. I'd be that generous if I could! And me and DH would spend three weeks in the following resorts:

1 week in a Honeymoon Concierge room at the GF.
1 week in a Lagoon Concierge at Polynesian.
1 week in a Honeymoon Cottage Suite at Boardwalk.

Aren't dreams nice?

Well I'm going to Las Vegas in 2 weeks, and after all "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes..."

If money were no object, we'd probably spend 4 nights in the best safari-view concierge room in the AKL. Then a week long Disney Cruise, doing all the cool shore excursion things. Then 3 nights in the Contemporary. Then off to Disney Tokyo for a few days.

Then we'd have to go home, so our pets wouldn't forget who we were.

I just want to say we should all take a cue from Stan. With unlimited money, you could have all your dream vacations *and* let needy families experience WDW. and I love the benefit concert idea too Stan! speaking of, does anyone know if it's actually possible to "rent out" a park for a day? I would imagine that is strictly against WDW rules, no matter who you are or at any price. anyone know the policy on this?
