If you do a split stay at WDW resorts, how would you get your luggage from hotel a to Hotel B? (no rental car)
Be very careful with ! A transfer from Pop to the Contemporary (arrived on property a day early and didn't want to stay off-site) and our luggage was lost. We stayed Club level and had the cast members from there along with the ones in Bell services calling the Pop bell services AND resort manager simultaneously because the luggage could not be found.
We were going on a cruise AFTER our Contemporary stay and they even called DCL in fear the luggage was there! It took 24 hours to track our luggage down and in the end? It was taken BACK to our POP room for some reason AFTER it was cleaned and no one checked in until the next day AND they reported luggage in the room and that is how it was found!!!
You need to be careful because during the actual transfer in a Disney vehicle, your food might not be refrigerated unless you have it in a refrigerated bag or container. We did a split stay and they even brought our groceries we had left from one to the other and kept the bags that needed it (milk, etc) refrigerated.
How frustrating! Did this happen recently?I had bell services transfer our luggage during our first split stay. It didn't arrive at the second resort until the evening. Now, our luggage travels in the Uber with us to the second resort.

Disney makes it super simple. The morning that you are changing resorts just call bell services, they will come pick up your luggage and will handle transferring it to your next resort. Once at your new resort and your room is ready, you should be able to just call and bell services to bring up your luggage. I believe they state it could take 3 hours for your luggage to get to your new resort so important to keep any essentials with you. We pretty much planned to send off our bags first thing in the morning and then just head to the park until 4ish or when we get our room ready. If you do a split stay at WDW resorts, how would you get your luggage from hotel a to Hotel B?
