How Likely is it I get This Contract?

First, I understand that RoFR is seemingly a random thing, with DVC acting on strategies that aren't privy to the world. I also know based on the buy back report that I have about a 85-90% chance of being OK.

That being said, I really want this first contract.
250 points at CCV at $169 a point.

Help me look into a crystal ball. What do you think will happen?

There hasn't been any CCV taken in this quarter so fingers crossed that continues.

I passed just recently at $155 a point so I think you should be fine.

We had two CCV taken last quarter but they were for $160 and $161 with the seller paying 2022 MF's. Then we just had a $160 (with us paying MF's) pass a little over a week ago. $169 is a safe price. You should be fine.
