How are crowds and wait times today?

Hey guys, my boss is taking the boy I nanny for, to MK today for his first ever WDW visit They are clueless about Disney and just decided to go out of nowhere today (hence me not advising earlier)! Just wondering how crowds and wait times are?

I told them all about how fast pass works, good eats, and as much as I could think about in 10 mins lol! Any tips you all have? I want them to love it as much as I do, so they take him back! I want to day to be a positive experience for all involved!

How are the crowds this week?

Going next week, just wondering if it is as crazy as predicted??

I've never seen MK as crowded as I did yesterday. Never. It was gridlock from about 11 to the fireworks.
