But that is what they do now, to boost their "resource utilization" numbers. The problem is that when a need comes up, any extra drivers are out doing "busy work" runs, and it might be half an hour until they're back to handle the storm refugees.Or even, budget be darned, actually send them on a route somewhere. You know, so some lucky guests somewhere don’t have to wait the full 20 minutes for a ride.
So I say keep a driver or 2 somewhere at the depot where they can spring into action immediately.
