Holiday Must-Do's!

We're visiting the parks the second week of November. We've been to WDW several times but never during the holiday season! This will be a short trip and we are not attending MVMCP. We're staying at All Star Sports and we will have a 3 and 5 year old.

What are your holiday "must do's" for the parks?

Any special foods or drinks to try?

Any merchandise tips (thinking along the lines picking up some Christmas presents if the price is affordable)?

We will be there that same week. One of the things we did last year at Disney Springs was the Christmas Tree Trail. There are Christmas trees decorated in Disney movie themes such as Frozen and 101 Dalmatians. There quite a few and it’s free.

That sounds fun!! Thank you!

Epcot holiday stuff doesn't start until Thanksgiving. For earlier in November, I would recommend Sunset Season's Greetings on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood Studios. Projections on the Hollywood Tower Hotel, audio to go along with the projections, and "snow". Best part is that it happens every 5-10 minutes from dusk until close and you can see from anywhere along Sunset Blvd, so no need to queue or wait for a show.

I know you are looking at things to do in the parks but definitely go resort hopping as well. The resort decorations are amazing. We have been a number of times during the holiday season and still take the time to go to the different resorts and see how they look. Have a great time!!
