Mom & Dad stayed at the HRH last and said they had a wonderful experience. Mom thought the staff was great. Is there a place to post thank yous to helpful people? She's going to write to the hotel manager because she had such a good time. She especially thought housekeeping was fantastic because the woman (Alma) brought up extra coffee so Mom could take medicine. She also had a really great experience with a helpful desk person at night, Elliot. It's nice to know that the HRH offers such great customer service!

That should get there and with an actual letter, they will have something concrete to put in Alma's file (and the file of anyone else you single out for praise).

We see so many people taking the time to complain when things go wrong, that it's nice to see someone taking the time to give praise where praise is due.
