Height restrictions at Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea

We are spending a couple of years in Seoul, South Korea courtesy of the U.S. military and would like to visit the Tokyo Disney Resort at some point during this time. We were in Disneyland in July and my 2 1/2 year old was just an inch too short for the 40 inch rides. So I want to make sure that I plan accordingly for our trip to Tokyo as we are flexible on when we go over the next year or so, but I am having trouble locating specific height requirements for individual rides. Can anyone help with personal experience or a link to specific information? Thanks!
