Have you ever smoked a Cigar (last time)

Really good quality cigars don't smell bad. DH has been ordering special cigars from a company in Tampa, FL for years. They have a wonderful aroma...mild and very mellow. These, however, you don't buy off a shelf in a retail store. That's why people don't like them...the run of the mill cigars in stores smell awful and taste bad.

To each their own. If you don’t mind your DH smoking, good for you. I dislike them and have no desire to try.

Last summer. Backwoods cigars are tradition when a big bunch of us go camping in Fallsburg NY every summer, over 25 years running.

Yup - had a friend who enjoyed them for a special occasion, and I would join her in celebrating.

Last one... only one that I ever smoked was a Cuban Monte Cristo in October 1999, on a cruise with my DH. I've had a puff here and there when he was smoking one, but never a full one until then.

Honestly, I understood at that point why people smoke cigars. It was very tasty.

I haven't felt the want or need to have another since then.

Funny story, though... I went into the cigar shop in Harrods last May to buy my DH a souvenir. I asked for a Cuban Monte Cristo for him. One cigar was $60. I bought it for him, but it became his father's day gift instead of a souvenir from my trip to London.

Yes! DH likes bourbon and turned me onto it with some Luxardos recently...like my favorite thing ever now. One day in the fall we were chillin outside with music, laughing and I shared his cigar because he seemed to be enjoying it so much. Fun day I hope to repeat
