Without Fastpass, you would go thru the regular line because it now has a Mainstream line.
It is worth doing Stsndby once if you have not gone thru the interactive regular queue through the graveyard.
Also - when we were at WDW over December 30 thru Jan 8, they were no longer giving out wheelchair return times for Small World. If you had FASTPASS, you went directly to the accessible entrance.
If you didn't, you went in the regular line until the last turn at the top. At that point, guests in wheelchairs and
ECVs got pulled out to go to the accessible entrance.
Same thing for Peter Pan (but you need to be able to walk about 15-20 feet for Peter Pan).
