We personally have not, so maybe someone who has gone through this could shed some light, but I believe it is an automatic cancellation and penalty for not contacting DCL.

There was someone on a few months back, I think that did. The cruise was cancelled automatically. If you did, I'd be on the phone with my TA or with DCL.
