I think for me the hardest character to find and get an autograph for was The Beast and Snow Queen. I could find most all other accesible character except these two whom I only found twice(beast) and once(queen).

Any character that I happen to be looking for!

I'd have to say I think the hardest character to find would be Gargoyle. Now I say that not because I'm usually looking for him but because I've been countless times and have seen the usual Pooh, Mickey and so on several times but I have only seen the Gargoyle ONCE! I was caught off gaurd and just had to wait so DD could get a pic. This was a while ago and haven't seen him since.

Jiminey Cricket~

My son is a huge Jiminey Cricket fan and we searched for 4 days, finally found him on Earth Day at AK back by the petting farm, I swear, I chased that cricket for 3 hours before I found him.

On the last visit We didn't see him, so I'm had to promise that we will search for him again this time.

I've found Jimmny with the Characters on Holiday at Epcot a few times so that would be a good place to start.

I love finding characters! I just returned from a trip, and my rarest character I found has got to be Jiminity Cricket - I met him on Sunday at Epcot with the big red Holiday bus. I never, ever seen him before in 12 trips!

Other very rare ones I got was Stromboli - he was in the Fantasyland Character Festival last week. I was thrilled to get him! I also got Frollo there, who I never seen before doing meets. Also, I met Malificent here last January.

Other ones I consider rare is Mr. Penguin from Mary Poppins, and Rebecca Cunningham from Tail Spin. I found both by the Toontown train station back in January. :) Also, Stanley is a new character at Conservation Station in AK.

Characters I would LOVE to find are Brer Fox, Bullseye, and the Snow Witch.

If I remember correctly, the Beast cannot sigh an autograph because of the costume hands. At least this was the case when we took the grandchildren.

Daisy Duck! While we always see her in parades we've found it impossible to get a picture and autograph from her. We finally noticed her, too lately, getting back in the character bus at Epcot in October. We remembered that and made sure we were there this May for her. She wasn't on the bus! We just cannot find her anywhere and she is our only character left that we want. Any ideas as we are returning in October and that will again be one of our goals.

We managed to find her at the close of AK on the same earth day we had found Jiminy, she was outside as the park was closing.

I thought I read someplace that there was a meal you could catch her at? I will go look.

Good Luck!

I think I saw Daisy Duck at the front of Main Street. Does she wear pink heels and have a pink bow? She was doing the picture and autograph thing along with a couple of other characters ... I'm not a Daisy Duck fan, so I only think it was her.

Thanls for all the Daisy hints everyone! Yes she wears a big bow and pink heels. I'm not a big fan either but my 4 y/o is. Hopefully we will find her in October or we will have to make another trip to WDW in May. What a shame...............:D

I finally watched the Emperor's New Groove and I absolutely LOVED it. Do any of these characters ever show up around the parks?

Humphrey the bear. Most cast members either think he's one of the country bears or he is "not a Disney character."

We found Daisy last year in the character pavillion at the store in Mickey's Toontown Fair. It was the first time we ever saw her other than a parade.

For me its Grumpy!!

I always want to see Grumpy and get my picture with him as I always wear my Grumpy baseball outfit-top, shorts and socks. never see him except for in the parade . Last time I saw him meeting and greeting was back in 97!

Definetly Grumpy-- have never seen him outside of the parades. Next would be Peter Pan, but I heard he is next to impossible. Up until our last trip (2/03), Pinocchio was on the list, but we seen him at MGM finally.

Actually, we have seen Beast a lot-- in both MGM and at Epcot. I think that Holiday Bus @ Epcot is great.

I had my picture taken with Daisy Duck the end of March of this year. We found her near the entranceway to The Timekeeper. She was with Buzz Lightyear. I've never seen Jiminey Cricket and would love to! I know that Roger Rabbit isn't seen at WDW but last summer I went to DL and saw him in their afternoon parade, so I had to take a picture of him for my photo album. I am hoping to see him again next weekend when I head out to DL and DCA. I have seen Stomboli once at MGM near the ABC Theater. I think that the villians are the hardest to find. Luckily last year in November at the Magic Kingdom I was able to see and take a picture of Malificent! She acted mad at me for taking a pic of her without getting in line and was in rare villian form. I just told her that I was in a hurray and was dying for a photo of her! She laughed after that! Looking for characters is one of my favorite things to do in the parks! Always looking for a new one to add to my photo album.

Kilee, I seen Peter Pan at MK a few times! In January, he was there in front of Expo Hall where you first enter Magic Kingdom, and I think I saw him there last week, too. I also seen him with Wendy by Pirates of the Caribbean. So he is around! :)

I would love to meet any dwarf (except Dopey, who seems to be pretty common nowadays!) :)

BermudaJ - you sound just like me! I am always looking for characters to take pictures of. I will repeatedly pass by certain areas (like Fantasyland Character Festival) hoping characters I never seen before will appear. One of my biggest Disney fears is that I will run out of new characters to find! On my trip last week, I did get 11 characters I never seen before, so I was pleased. :)

believe it or not.. snow white!! i think she might the only princess i haven't seen..
i split up from my parents last year and they said they saw her in fantasyland over the walkie-talkie but by the time i got there i she had dissapeared..
so depressing.. lol

the strange thing is, i always seem to find odd characters that i have to ask the ppl in line who they are, but i can never find the common ones... lol

For my family its Sleeping Beauty. However, I heard that she is at Cinderella's RT. Finally we will go this year so hopefullly my DD will see her!

Dizzy Laura:tongue:

I spend all my time at WDW looking for Pegleg Pete. I haven't found him yet, but I'm an optimist. :p
