Gluten Free at the Food & Wine Festival

I don't have the list this year, but we did go in the past. I was hesitant to let my daughter eat anything because no one could guarantee that the food was truly safe of cross contamination and potential allergens and there was definitely a language barrier at most booths we went to. I felt comfortable trying the foods I researched because I would not react severely like she would, so I did eat something from the Polish stand, a bit from Brazil in the form of a drink, and a couple others. I had a lot of fun, but I didn't feel comfortable letting my daughter eat at these booths. Perhaps the communication of allergens has improved since we last went. I would love to hear your experience!
