Getting from LAX to hotel and back

does anyone have experience with the "Disneyland Express" operated by Gray Line? the web address is airportbus.com. i am also considering Super Shuttle, which i have heard good things about.

I've used the Super Shuttle many times in the past couple of years and never had any trouble. Worst issue was a long wait for the van from LAX to DL, but that's just luck of the draw.
