FW campground rules

It has been 3 years since our last stay at FW and I can't remember the rules on bikes....do you have to wear a helmet in the park and if so does this apply for all age groups?

A bicycle rider or passenger under 16 years of age must wear a bicycle helmet that is properly fitted, fastened securely, and meets a nationally recognized standard.
