Fresh Mediterranean Market at Dolphin?

Apparently this restaurant has taken the place of Juan & Only's at the Dolphin. Does anyone have any information on what they serve on their breakfast buffet (or at lunch)?

I called WDW Dining and she read off the breakfast buffet to me:

assorted breakfast breads
cereals
fruit
bacon
rotissary sausage
roasted potatoes
vegetable quiche
grapes
oatmeal
rotissary ham
turkey
made-to-order omelettes
spanish eggs benedict
french toast
pancakes
belgian waffles

$15.95 (12 and over)
