Can anyone tell me what time the classes are? I am interested in yoga and boot camp. I will only be there one day so I have to pick only one
I was there in April , sunrise beach yoga was at 7 am in the cove , no fee. I loved the class It was great even for a beginner but challenging enough for those that looked like they knew what they were doing. Boot camp started at 830, I believe, didn't take part in that but watched. It looked really challenging . You are going to love aulani and want to go back for a long visit!
