We did the yoga, "boot camp" and walking/jogging classes. They were all great, right on the beach. If I remember correctly there was no additional charge.

I did the yoga and it was a pretty good class. It was really neat to do it right there by the ocean and in the quiet of the early morning. I also did the total conditioning class (I think that's what it was called) and that one was more intense and a pretty good workout. Overall I thought the classes they offered were pretty good.
How long is the running/jogging path?
http://gohawaii.about.com/od/ko-olina/p/ko-olina-resort-and-marina.htm said:The Ko Olina Resort includes four large man-made lagoons along a 1.5 mile stretch of shoreline which includes a beachwalk which stretches the length of the resort and which makes for a perfect morning walk or jog.
I just googled the Ko Olina Sea Walk length and found this:
There is also a really good interactive map of the Ko Olina lagoons here:

If I remember correctly, there were 3 classes offered, 1 regular yoga, 1 other yoga, I believe some type of Oceanside yoga(I think that there was a fee involved with that one) and 1 boot camp.
I believe that all started early either 7:00AM or 8:00AM...
Have fun! Enjoy!
Coming home we had a few days of dragging "a little"...
Arrived in Newark Wednesday at Noon...Nice having this weekend to continue to adjust!
Feel good this morning!
Did you say you were going for 2 weeks? Wow!
What airline are you flying and are you going nonstop?
We had 7 nights, 8 long days there, so we chose to fly nonstop...Flew United..
Next time I will check out Hawaiian Air...After talking to some people that I met at Aulani, they recommended Hawaiian Air from JFK? We'll see...Hoping to return for our 40th Anniversary in 9 years...
