What kind of resort discounts can we get as AP holders? We already made our hotel only reservations for October at ASMo before we decided to buy the AP. The total is $754 for Oct 25-Nov 2. Can we get an even better rate with our AP? Also we kind of discounts do we get at the shops? Do all shops give an AP discount?

I am also interested in the number of restaurants around WDW offer a discount for the AP passes and what other type of discounts (i. e. shopping) are offered. Also, does anyone know if just one member of your party could buy the AP in order to get the various discounts? Thanks!

The resort discount varies depending on what time of year you will be visiting. Check out mousesavers.com to see what the current discounts are.

Resort/Epcot Lunch: 10%off Mon-Fri. Right now they are running a special where we can get this discount 7 days a week.

10% Discount of all meals at all the DD restaurants. All Star Cafe, Wolfgang, House of Blues, Planet Hollywoord, Rainforest, Portobello, Fultons

Merchanidise Discount: DD, 10% off purchases of $25 or more.

APs also receive special offers in the past they have been passport LE pins, private park lounges, reserved seating at shows like illuminations, and extened time in the park.

The AP rates just came out and their is specific information on Mary's website at www.mousesavers.com. I believe you can get All Stars for $84 a night, Moderates for $119 a night and Animal Kingdom for $149 a night (standard) with code AXA. I believe these rates are for travel from sometime in April through July - hope this helps.

Disneyvoice, Here is a list of all available perks with the AP. definitely worth the money considering the 8 night/9 day PHP is $410 for an adult and AP is $392 (unless you like the water parks and go with a Premium Annual Pass for $170 more):

AXA is a general discount code, not an AP rate. They have not yet released AP rates for the spring. I used an AP rate in December, it was $10 per night cheaper than the code rate (BWI - $169 vs $179).
