First cruise after dry dock (stateroom question)

We're on the Sept 30-Oct 4 Wonder Repositioning cruise. Since it's the first cruise after dry dock, are staterooms normally available earlier than 1:30?

On Fantasy in May 2017, the rooms were ready early. That was the cruise that had engine issues though.

You should run some water down the drains, sinks and showers, when you first get to the room. The water usually found in the drain traps can evaporate while the ships are in dry dock, leading to odors coming back through the drains.

On the WBTA in 2015, despite the Magic being in dry dock for two weeks and being docked at Barcelona for a day before we boarded, the staterooms were ready at 1.30pm as normal.
