We've not had meal vouchers for several years but are looking into whether they are worth getting this trip but have a few queries I hope someone can help with

1- Do you have to get the ones linked to your level of hotel? We are staying at Hotel New York so would we have to purchase Premium vouchers or could we purchase plus if we wanted?

2- How much are each level vouchers to buy and how much is the cash value of each level?

3- Im assuming they can still be used for cash value rather than having to eat off a set menu - is that correct?

4- Are they dated or can they be used for any day during the time you are there?

Sorry theres so many questions - TIA

have you already booked? its just that the current UK offer is 25% off and free half board dining plan included, so at the HNY thats HB plus (its only the DLH which gets you the premium dining plan as your hotel-dependant one). If you've already booked on a UK offer, you might find its cheaper to upgrade to this current offer instead of paying for a meal plan?

Yes, they can still be used at cash value in the participating table and buffet service restaurants, for the cash value of each voucher have a look on DLPguide.com

They are dated for any date between your check-in date and your checkout date, both dates included.

If you don't get HB included in a package and therefore pay for it separately, you can buy any level you want regardless of the hotel you're in. As DLPdaft says, if you get through a package you need to stick with the option for your hotel.

Thanks both

Yes we have already booked so just doing sums as to whether its worth changing to this offer or paying for the vouchers - with the current exchange rate we are thinking it might be worth having them which is why I wanted to find out the value of them.
Ive looked at DLP guide and it doesn't give the value after March 16 so was hoping someone had used them recently and could remember what value was on them.

Good to know its the plus for NY and that you can buy at any level and also that they aren't dated.

the euro cash value for the dining vouchers should be updated typically around the last week of October, as thats when DLP re-calculates its euro pricing.

I just booked with the current offer for next month and the values in the doc then sent me are:

Half Board
Adults
Standard £21 / 28 euros
Plus £27 / 35 euros
Premium £45 / 59 euros

Kids (3-11)

Standard £11 / 15 euros
Plus £13 / 17 euros
Premium £23 / 31 euros
