Extra Magic Hours--MK or MGM

I am looking at our schedule for our trip in June and just realized that Magic Kingdom is not on the list for evening extra magic hours while we are there. We have been to Disney twice and always used the extra Magic Hours at MK, but our kids are older now (8, 6, 4) and a *little* more patient. Would it be worth it to change our ressies to include a day with extra magic hours at MK? Any opinions out there?

I'd look at the list of rides open during EMH at both MK and MGM and decide which one your family would prefer.
