Extra magic bands for FP+. Do all members need to be present to book same day?

First question. We're purchasing extra magic bands to use mostly for park hopping. We plan to use our linked magic bands for first park of the day, booking 60 days out. Is it possible to send one of our party early morning to the second park, book fastpasses for the evening, without the entire party being present (since those magic bands won't be linked to a ticket) and then meet us back at the first park of the day? I realize not everything will be available. That's okay.

Second question. If we use our old park tickets that have an RFID chip in them that aren't linked to our MM+ account, instead of buying extra magic bands, should we create a separate MM+ account or try to use them as phantom quests on our account that's linked to our trip? Does the fact that our names are on the plastic tickets make it impossible to use a phantom/variation name for them?

Sorry to ask questions that have been asked a million times but I can't find this specific info. I can find the how to do most of this except for these two specific questions.

That will work as long as he has all of the RFID media (MB or Cards) with him.

Add them on as phantoms to your original MDE. Because they have never been linked to an MDE account, they don't yet exist within the system and the names you link won't matter.
