We’ve gone to the tequila one, the wine pairing and the beer and wine pairing in Italy. All three were excellent. If you go, arrive early (15-20 minutes).

They might already be booked up. But you won't know until you call. We did a beer and food pairing at Canada many years ago and got introduced to Unibroue. We've also done the French Family Traditional Meal two times and have a third coming up this fall. Did the Beer, Wine and Food pairing at Via Napoli (talk about a lot of glasses at each place setting). We've also done the Food & Wine pairing at Tutto Gusto twice (the first time was better than the second). And we are doing the Mediterranean Food & Wine Pairing at Spice Road Table this fall.
