Early entry & Hagrids?

Hi I’m sorry if this has been answered recently already but I tried searching and couldn’t really find anything new I feel like I remember at one point they were not opening Hagrids during the extra hour in the morning but curious if that’s still a thing or you can go on Hagrid’s during the extra hour in the am. Thanks!! And also I can’t remember if I was able to wear my fanny pack on that ride previously or not I know they are a lot more strict than Disney with bags on rides.

Hagrids is open during early entry (barring technical difficulties), and is where the majority of the crowd heads first - which means the line grows very quickly as soon as the park opens.

You can wear a fanny pack and/or just have things in pockets for Hagrids.
