Tomato soup
Large onion cut into small pieces.
Sauté in 5 tbsp of butter about 10 mins.
Add 5 tbsp flour to make a roux.
Add 1/2 large carton of chicken stock.
Put in blender until fairly smooth and pour back into soup pan.
Add the rest of the chicken stock and
2-28 oz cans of peeled crushed tomatoes with basil, garlic and parsley (Or similar) after you blend them in the blender as well.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 mins.
Add 6 tbsp of honey and 2 pints of heavy cream. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 mins. Add 3 or 4 tbsp of cornstarch mixed in cold water at the end.
Eat with grilled cheese!
