DVC tel ?

Which DVC department/tel # do I call if I have received my member id but points haven’t loaded? I have points that are going to expire on Nov 30th that I want to use. Hoping if I call and nicely inquire on how long it takes for points to load maybe I can receive some magic.

Give MS a call! They will try and help you and be sure to tell them that you reallly need to get something.

I had the same issue and had my dates all set and they helped me get booked in the same call

Thank you !!! I wasn’t sure if it was MS or MA. First time DVC member so just learning the ropes.
