Does 60 + 10 rule apply for specialty bookings as well?

In particular, I'm wondering about booking a fireworks cruise. Can that be done at 60 + 10 as well, or only at the 60 day mark? Also, can that be booked online or do I have to call? Thanks so much!

60+10 should work. You need to call to book it.
