Do returning guests get free lanyards?

Yes. You'll get a lanyard colored like your Castaway Club status. Silver for silver, gold for gold, and... well, black for platinum. Only CC members get lanyards, but if you're cruised before, then you're a member. Non-members, even those in the same stateroom as a CC member, do not get lanyards.
