Disney's online menu for Wolfgang Puck can be inaccurate

We used to live in Vienna, and we were thrilled yesterday to discover that Wolfgang Puck's online menu listed Wienerschnitzel. The "schnitzel" that most local restaurants serve are either pork or chicken schnitzel, which isn't the same thing. But Wolfgang is, himself, from Austria, so we were pretty confident that his namesake signature restaurant would serve the real deal made from thinly pounded veal. Based on that, we made a reservation for that evening.

Sadly, the menu at the restaurant listed Chicken Schnitzel instead of Wienerschnitzel. When we asked the waiter, we were told that they used to serve actual Wienerschnitzel made from veal, but were forced to change it to chicken due to "pushback" (whatever that means?) They claimed to have informed Disney of the substitution, but Disney hasn't updated their online menu. And they still haven't:

So, yet another reminder that you cannot just rely on the menus posted by Disney on their website: if something is really important to you, contact the restaurant directly to verify it (if you can find a way to contact the restaurant...)

By the way, in case anyone out there wants some real Wienerschnitzel, Hollerbach's up in Sanford has it. Also, their beer selection is amazing and they have live music. Pity it's twice as far to drive...
