Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I was a bit behind with the thread, but I saw two BWI things that I wanted comment on.

1 - they tried to have us outside of the Innkeeper doors for our April trip. Same floor, just down the hall from the doors. It might have even been an upgrade (in theory), but I didn’t want a king room outside of the innkeepers doors for my family of 3. I didn’t want DD to not have a legit bed, and I also like for her to be able to visit the lounge on her own for a snack. I wouldn’t have been comfortable with that had we been outside of the club.

2 - we were then able to have the last room on the right. 02, I think? The balcony was small. It had two chairs, but barely any room to turn around. Here’s a weird picture, but it should show the space. My back was against the door.
Those are small balconies but I don’t call them Juliet balconies. They hold a chair. In case anyone is curious I think officially Juliet balconies do not fit a chair at all. Right?

We had the 3rd floor room outside the doors. Didn’t bother us but it is a risk you take bpoking deluxe rooms. I may be a bad grandparent. I let DGD go off alone to the lounge all the time. She is old enough by the rules

Hey all. I am new to the forum and my family and I are trying club level at the YC for the first time pretty soon. Do I need to check in at the Regatta Club, or am I stuck on the line in the main lobby when I show up? I have seen guidance on both before and I am hoping to not lose time making the wrong choice when I arrive? Can anyone advise? Thanks.

Couple of options: go to the front desk, if there’s no line. Or look for a CM with an iPad in the lobby. Tell either the front desk CM or the CM with an iPad you’re checking in club level & they will escort you up to the 5th floor.

You don’t always need to be escorted to the 5th floor. Especially if you’ve done online check in. If you’re familiar with the YC & feel comfortable, you can go directly to the main elevator bank. Tap your magic band on the metal pad at the top of the buttons. Usually, your bands are all set & will take you right up to the 5th floor. The CM desks are right there when you get off the elevator. You can stop right there to get checked in if needed or get club level information.

We stay at YC CL pretty much every trip. It’s addicting, lol. Enjoy!

In theory, the 3rd floor Deluxe rooms have a bigger balcony then the 4th floor Deluxe rooms but we've been in both and either way, best views ever!!!!

We got back yesterday form our stay at Gran Destino, club level. Absolutely loved it, it was Disney customer service on steroids. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The club was definitely worth the extra money. I believe the food is made at Toledo upstairs, since they offer similar items.

We loved Toledo as well.

My only complaint was the room smelled so strongly of bleach when we first got there that my nose was burning. It took hours for it to go away. The room was also right under Dahlia Lounge and we got woken up both nights by the sound of chairs scraping the floor between midnight and 1 am 😖 😴

I'll try requesting a room on the other side of the building (closer to Chronos club) next time.
Did you have daily housekeeping on club level at CS even though it's not a deluxe resort?

Not all do. Ours did not. Had the same exact size balcony as all our 4th floor rooms have had.

Thanks for the guidance!

Loved your pictures! We are getting close to our trip there, we have the same room as you. I hope a CM will do a towel animal in our room, my 6 year old granddaughter will love that!!
I just booked a cabana for a day.
It's just about six years since being there and two cancels because of CoVid.

If you happen to be arriving by car and go straight to the front door, sometimes you'll be met by a CM there. Otherwise, as others have said, you might have a greeter, or might not. You might be able to go directly to the CL floor, or you might have to stop by front desk. Of course that's assuming you plan to arrive during CL hours. If you arrive very early or past 10pm, and want to talk to a CM, the front desk is the only option.
