Hoping to get some more in today as it's the last day of the month!!!
so I was sitting in a meeting today and it hit me - this is actually the last day of the month.
I guess I never changed the spreadsheet I use at home to track my fitness minutes from May, because I was sure June has 31 days.
oh man...oh man...oh man.
I am on fire!!!
Ok, that smiley is a bit too angry, I am on fire in a good way! Just always wanted to use that little guy and it seemed appropriate.
I better put on my sport clothes and jump around for a little while to make up another 35 minutes to get me to WISH green!!
Finishing up June with 45 minutes of strength training and 25 minutes of yoga. Thanks for another great month, everybody! I love being back on track with my workouts again and this group makes all the difference in keeping me motivated!

I had to do 128 minutes today and I did 129. A lunch break trip to the gym, an after work trip to the gym and some strength training while watching the World Cup match.

something I learned - if you make exercise a priority you can find the time. It may not be pretty all of the time, and you may have to find two minutes here and five minutes there - but it all adds up and it's all pretty awesome!!
Doing 2000 minutes had been an internal goal of mine for a long time - still can't believe that I pulled it off.
