@CampbellzSoup - they don’t have a demo photo book ready. I wish I was making this up… some floors have more permanent plaques on them and some these temporary magnetic ones…. The permanent ones are missing the numbers in the circles so it’s hard to tell which floor you’re at if you are using the stairs and mentally ticking them off.

Another fav experience was trying to go out to the promenade deck… these signs do not add up… one says it’s thattaway but the door says CMs only….

We keep running into deadend cast members only areas wandering the ship. It feels strange… and some hallways FEEL like they are, but then you pop out at the stairs normally.

If anyone is curious here is the schedule for the day so far. Sounds like they may have closed the pools due to weather so maybe they will add some..?

Absolutely ADORE the quick service area on the Disney Wish. It’s “Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods”. Your choices include the usual hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and chicken fingers but you also have BBQ and burritos/taco bowls. The BBQ was very good. Had the sausage, pulled pork, and brisket w/coleslaw and sweet potato fries. My wife said the pizza is definitely different than the Dream but it is good. (of course the ice cream too.) Deck 11 forward.

Pirate night is night 4 for us (Sunday.). Yes, Pirates Dead Mans Chest is playing after the fireworks.

Looks like the deck party is at 10:15pm on our castaway cay day.

Wifi has been great for basic stuff on my iPhone. We were able to use a wifi device and connect that so we can both be on our phones at the same time. For whatever reason the 2.4 band on it is terrible so we are using 5ghz and zero complaints. I haven’t tried anything crazier than posting 10 pics at a time here which is noticeably slow, but manageable. It was $100 for one device for the length of our cruise but since it’s 5 nights I assume a little more spendy than it would be otherwise.

There is no way to zig when zagging since everyone knows the tricks… events have been crowded and there were more than a few unhappy people who came late to food trivia. We got there at noon for what had been on the app as 12:30 and had our pick of seats (my husband wanted a beer anyway) before they pushed it back to 12:45. By 12:30 it was standing room only and by 12:45 it was packed. I also was going to do a craft event earlier and showed up 8 minutes early to this line so I noped out - the tables in bayou were full by that point:



They’ve added a third showing of the show tonight so we’re headed to the theatre now, which is a little later than I’d hoped but oh well. Hopefully it’s not too bad…

Update: we nabbed seats but it is MUCH more crowded than the show last night. Ashley DID encourage folks to see this brand new show twice…
