Disney Decorating-Which color combo would you choose?

We are starting to redo our home office in a Disney theme. I am toying with the idea of doing a checkered floor for a "fun" effect. The colors in the office will be basically black & red:
-black furniture
-red curtains
-black photo frames
-Mickey wall border with red, black, gray & white
Here's my poll question: Which color combo would you choose for a tiled floor from those in the above poll?

Don't mean to rain on your parade, but the black and white tile floor we had (past tense) showed every little bit of dirt. The tiles were 1' sq.

I never go crazy with what I call "interior hardscaping", where it would be difficult or expensive to put back to neutral if I had to sell my house.

I have a screaming purple bedroom, but the trim and the carpet are neutral, because the walls are easy to change, but the trim and carpet aren't.

I'd pick a good neutral for the floor and then go nuts with your walls and accessories.

Stay away from the ceilings, and any electrical fixtures unless you know how to swap them to neutral later on. Double that for the trim and the doors.

You can get a really cool, personalized look without damaging the resale value of your home.

You make a good point, Kickapoo! Yet having a DH who is a "Home Remodeling" Contractor gives us a lot more freedom in this aspect

If it were me, I would do a solid dark gray tiled floor with a red tile strategically placed here and there. Or even one red mickey tile in the center of the floor. Black is drastic and white is, well, so white. It also depends on the size of the room. If it is a large room, you can do bolder combos on the floor, but if it is a smaller room, you may not want to go nuts with three colors on the floor tile. Solid Dark charcoal Gray will ground the room without being overbearing, leaving you to enjoy the walls and the accessories. JMHO. I forgot to ask...what color will you paint the walls and the trim work? The light switch covers?
