The Disneyland and California Adventure experience has significantly declined. It used to be a customer centric culture where the guest experience was paramount. The worst part is it now feels like only the money matters and the you are gouged at every turn. No discount on food when using our Disney Visa in app. Then the long lines (from letting too many in), to dirty tables and overpriced everything. Then paying for Fast Passes (now lightening lanes) and even more for ILL rides is crazy (and puts the wealthy ahead of everyone else).
The magic is now only about money. There’s no magic left in it for me. It feels like it’s being run by the finance department. Where has the customer centric culture gone?
