Diabetic Retina Bleed?

I hate to do this but does anyone out there have any experience with a retina bleed? I am about 8 weeks into this.. i have had laser and an injection just not sure what else i am in for. I have pulled what I could from the internet and talked with the doctors but I am wondering if anyone has any personal experience what else I can expect kind of thing...
