DAS and MVMCP

Sorry if this has been asked - I couldn’t find a recent answer. Is DAS available for character meets during MVMCP? Is it some characters, or all? And do you book it in the app or have to go somewhere in person? Thanks!!

Most are bookable in the app, but at MNSSHP we had to go to Jack and Sally's and they signed us up and gave a return time.
