We sail Sunday (hopefully lol) and just had Cayman officially switched to Nassau. We won't be able to see or book port excursions for that day until we're on the ship. Just so I can be prepared to choose something once I board, can anyone with a recent or soon to be cruise let me know what excursions are currently being offered in Nassau? Thanks!

I am sailing Nassau at the end of January. There are several excursions: Adventure Jeep and sightseeing, Atlantis pool and beach, Pirate ship, Blue Lagoon (several options ), Pearl Island (beach and/or snorkel) Catamaran Sail and reef SNorkeling, Deep sea fishing, Snorkel and Beach adventure via Splashtacular, Chauffeured Jeep adventure, Nassau Harbor cruise, Seaworld explorer semi-submarine, Art of chocolate making factory tour (Graycliff Chocolatier). Do you have a travel agent? They may be able to give your more info regarding costs, etc. I booked directly through Disney both times I have sailed, so was not sure if you had a TA. Good Luck!

Thank you! The last I'd read, the Pearl Island, Atlantis, and Blue Lagoon options were either unavailable or were getting cancelled. I wasn't sure if those had started back up yet.

We sail on Monday, here are some screenshots of the Nassau selections for our cruise

We set to sail 1/27 and it is still listed on my navigator app - but I am sure that can change! I will just be happy to actually get on the ship. I am totally fine if the only sand my toes feel are Castaway Cay. I just need a break!! Happy sailing!

I think my young adults would enjoy the water park at Atlantis. Is it open? What is currently available?

We (2 families, 7 total) were on the Dream over Thanksgiving and stopped at Nassau. We had booked excursions to Pearl Beach, one with snorkel tour, one without, both with lunch. Both excursions were canceled for "technical problems." It was windy and the waves were sizable...possible reason. We stayed on the ship and found our own fun. There were no excursions offered that involved Atlantis through DCL. Things keep changing almost daily, so keep checking the DCL web site or call them for the latest for that or other ports. Our same group takes the Fantasy back to the Caribbean for seven days in July. We make the usual stops. Things will change within DCL and the countries we visit. We always prepare for this and the option of staying aboard. Good luck!!

Disney is not currently offering excursions to Atlantis. You can book a day pass directly with Atlantis on their homepage. You might also look to see if rooms are available at the Comfort Suites on Paradise Island. Those come with Atlantis passes.

I would only go to Atlantis with DCL. I enjoy the convenience.

Then Atlantis is not currently an option.
Interestingly, some people have said there wad an Atlantis beach and pool excursion (no water park) for their cruises. My booking window opened last night and it was not available for me. Not sure it it is maybe only available some days a week or not, or if they’ve decided to discontinue it because it was not popular (just looking at it on the DCL port adventure page, it seems crazy expensive for what you get).

Was this on DCL or another cruise line? I could be wrong but I do not think DCL has done Atlantis excursions since they restarted. I know some people here have reported going to Atlantis on their own.

It was just added for my 1/17 cruise a few days ago.

I didn't do it, but they were offering Atlantis on the Magic in mid-December.

Do you recall if the water park was included or just the beach/pool area?
It is just one pool and one area of the beach. It is a “bubble” excursion—so only DCL guests have access to those two areas.

Actually I’m pretty sure that is a pre covid one. I believe the new Covid times one is this one:

Not only is there no water park, but it also looks like you could not visit the shops, casino, or dig site either.
