I once had a client that purchased the
Disney Dining Plan for herself, her mother and her children. I explained everything in detail both in emails and in her printed itinerary and even face to face. Imagine my surprise when she text me from Hollywood & Vine at Hollywood Studios and said "I cancelled all of our remaining dining reservations. It is too expensive.". Y'all I almost passed out. I, literally, put my face in my palm and said "NO!". I immediately tried to call her. No answer. I text her and said "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Call me immediately!". She calmly said "my phone is about to die" to which I replied "call me on your Mama's phone ASAP". Even though I had explained how the dining plan worked, that she had prepaid for everything, she still didn't get it. That was a stressful day for me. I was able to rebook all but one of her dining reservations.
