Looking for any favorite companies you used for transportation around Orlando. We will be needing a pick up from MCO to Universal. And then Universal to Port Canaveral and back to Kissimmee. And of course back to the airport. There are 4 of us and would prefer a private ride over shared as it usually is not much more. We looked at just renting a car but to park it at universal and while on the ship gets very expensive. We could probably uber it to the airport from Kissimmee but I'm not sure how abundant they are on minivans to carry us and our luggage.
Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated!

If you're concerned about the cost of a rental car I believe that you can rent a car in Orlando and then return it at Port Canaveral before you board your ship. When you return from your cruise you can rent another car at the port and then return it at the airport. That way you aren't paying for the days that you are on the ship. In Florida there is no extra charge for returning a rental car to a different location.

We went to Universal a month ago, and used Uber or Lyft from the airport to the resort, and then back again at the end of the trip. No problems whatsoever, and about 1/2 the price of getting a taxi. Just specify "Uber XL" in the search so that you get a car big enough to carry you all plus your luggage.
